       Randy spent much of his youth and all of his adult life in Shasta County. Twenty-eight years ago, shortly after graduating from Shasta High School, he married his wife Paula, who is a respiratory therapist. He spent his first 22 years in the workforce as an auto mechanic. During this time, he frequently handled trouble calls, machine repairs, as well as installs for the previous owner of Chem Mark. This allowed him to absorb the ins and outs of the profession. Randy and Paula became the owners of Chem Mark in 2017.

       They still live in Bella Vista where they raised their two children. Both kids are newly married and off pursuing their own careers. Their son, Logan, graduated from Foothill in 2016 and immediately joined the Army. After serving 5 years, he attended a lineman school in Texas and is now an active lineman in the Midwest. Their daughter, Melissa, like her brother, graduated from Foothill in 2020. She married a young Marine who is stationed in Southern California. She is pursuing a dental hygienist degree. 

       Randy has always embraced the philosophy of "keep it simple." Keep your commitments, keep your machines maintained and running,  keep your inventory stocked - the rest just seems to fall in place. His goals for Chem Mark are just as simple - keep as many customers happy as possible and try to keep up!
