We are creative when necessary to be both cost-effective and expedient in order to maintain productivity. You can see in this picture rather than replace sinks and/or tables, we just had a custom shelf made locally that joined the equipment and filled the gaps. The water stayed off the floor, and it added enough room to queue another dish rack. This solution was fast and quite economical.

Whether you need a Corner Double Rack
machine or just an Undercounter, we can furnish it. Here we have a basic
CMA L1X undercounter machine; however, we placed it upon a small custom table. this brings it to normal height but does not need additional tables in order to function. this really reduces the footprint necessary to have a fully functioning commercial dish machine. We have a lot of these in service, as kitchen space is often scarce.
